Days 7-21

OMG. See, this is how fast these things go by! Its been two weeks since my last blog post!!!

David has been doing GREAT!!! He has been running twice a week at work, and once on the weekends with me. We are also still doing our 25 minute workouts, though I have to admit we are not getting 5 x 25 minute workouts done in a week in addition to the running. But 5 TOTAL workouts a week? DONE and DONE!

David is also still drinking his meal replacement shake every morning and he says that its helping with his cravings. I have noticed that he is not eating so much candy crap at night.

So here are the action shots!

So I did my barbell DVD the prior day, and my abs were TOAST. I made it 1.2 miles ,and after a rest, had to limp/grump 1.2 miles back to the car.


David on the other hand, did his usual.
