DAY 1. Running at Work + T-25 at Home

So today David surprised me with the news that he was going to run at work on his lunch break. It turns out he has recruited his next-cubicle-over/bitching-partner, Priyank, to run with him. I asked him to send me proof of the workout, and he did. I don't know about Priyank though. Maybe he just stood next to David and distracted him with bitching the whole time. Whatever works.

So next up was Focus T-25. This workout is by "Insanity" creator Shaun T. Its a full-body workout in 25 minutes. Did we "get it done?" Judge for yourself with these before and after pics.
