Day 2: David is Happy?!

So on Day 2, I woke up to something so weird, David was in a good mood. I am not joking. He actually had already drank his Shakeology, and he was buzzing around the house getting things done. Apparently he had checked the sizes of all the air filters in the house, added that info to a Google Doc, and copied me on it. He said, "Maybe its the exercise." And I was like, "well duh!"

When he got home we did the T-25 Lower Focus workout together.

David: Oh shit, make it stop!
That Shaun T. is always good for a few laughs. I love it when he tells you to grab your ankles, cause at that moment, you really feel liked you are getting, ahem.... you know.

I thought the Lower Focus video was easier than the Ab Focus. I am less sore today too. I was following the modifier, or as David likes to call her, "the fat one." That's our joke because everyone on the video is like 2% body fat but I suppose this girl doing the easier version of the exercise is like 2.25% body fat. Geez David, if she's fat, then what am I?

Anywho, I really loved this workout and can see where it will totally benefit my running. (hence, "Lower Focus") There are a bunch of lunges and squats, and standing on your tip-toes. And by the end of the 25 minutes, we were both dripping sweat. THE BONUS: I was totally sedated when I got into the bath with Claire, which made for an unusually relaxing time.
